This policy explains, in plain language, when you can cancel, when you can return a sourced product, and exactly how a refund is processed. It applies to all services and products purchased from Springwell Energy LLC through springwellenergy.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Our Simple Promise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We only want to be paid for work that genuinely helps your business. If we get something wrong, we fix it. If we cannot fix it, we refund it. You will never have to argue with us to be treated fairly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Cancelling Before Work Begins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You may cancel any confirmed order or engagement within 7 calendar days<\/strong> of payment, as long as production work has not started, and receive a 100% refund<\/strong>. There is no cancellation fee and we will not ask you to justify your decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
