A quote stays valid for <strong>30 days<\/strong>. Invoices are always itemised, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Advertising Budget Is Kept Separate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.75\">Money you allocate to advertising platforms is never mixed with our management fees. Secure Payment Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Springwell Energy does not see, handle or store your full card number, and nothing is stored on our own servers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our site and payment pages are served over encrypted TLS connections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>We will never ask you for card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords or one-time codes by email, chat or phone.<\/strong> If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, treat it as fraud and contact us immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank details for transfers only ever change through a signed letter plus a phone confirmation on the number published on this website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0d1440;margin-top:2rem;font-size:clamp(0.957rem, 0.957rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.773), 1.45rem);font-weight:800\">6. Taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.75\">Texas sales tax is added where the law requires it and is always shown as a separate line on your invoice. Receipts And Records<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.75\">A receipt is emailed automatically for every successful payment. We keep accounting records for seven years and can re-issue any receipt or statement you need for your bookkeeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0d1440;margin-top:2rem;font-size:clamp(0.957rem, 0.957rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.773), 1.45rem);font-weight:800\">8. Late Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is a courtesy grace period of 5 business days before any reminder is sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an invoice remains unpaid 15 days past its due date, we may pause work \u2014 but we will always contact you first and agree a plan where possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interest of 1.5% per month may be applied to balances more than 30 days overdue. We waive it whenever the delay is caused by an administrative issue rather than non-payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We never sell client debt to third-party collection agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0d1440;margin-top:2rem;font-size:clamp(0.957rem, 0.957rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.773), 1.45rem);font-weight:800\">9. Price Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.75\">Agreed fees are fixed for the term of your engagement. Failed Or Duplicate Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.75\">If a payment fails, we contact you before retrying so that you are not charged twice. We respond to billing disputes within one business day and correct genuine errors immediately.
