Springwell Energy LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the control you keep over it. We have written it to be read, not to hide behind.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

• Information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address and the project details you choose to share when you contact us or become a client.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, approximate location and referring website, gathered through cookies and analytics.
• Information from platforms we manage for you: aggregated campaign and store performance data from the advertising, analytics or ecommerce accounts you give us access to.

We never ask for government identification numbers, and we do not collect or store payment card numbers — those go directly to our payment processor.

3. What We Never Do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form. Marketing emails require a separate opt-in and every one carries a working unsubscribe link.
• We do not share client performance data with other clients, and we do not use one client’s confidential data to benefit another.

4. Why We Use Your Information

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver the services you have engaged us for, and to invoice you.
• To provide support and keep a record of what we agreed.
• To keep the website secure and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

5. Cookies And Analytics

We use essential cookies that make the site work and analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used. Analytics cookies are optional: you can refuse them in your browser settings or through any consent banner shown to you, and the site will keep working normally. We honour browser-level privacy signals where they are sent.

6. Who We Share Data With

Only with service providers who need it to help us run the business — for example our payment processor, email provider, hosting company, accountant and, where you have engaged us for campaigns, the advertising platforms involved. Each is bound by contract to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We disclose information to authorities only when we receive a valid legal request, and we will tell you if we are legally permitted to.

7. How Long We Keep It

• Enquiries that do not become projects: deleted 24 months after the last contact.
• Contracts, invoices and accounting records: 7 years, as tax law requires.
• Access credentials to your platforms: revoked and deleted at the end of the engagement.

8. How We Protect It

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is limited to the team members who need it, credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager and multi-factor authentication is used on the accounts that support it. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will notify you and any relevant regulator within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

9. Your Rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep.
• Ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, including withdrawing consent at any time.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information — simple for us, because we do not sell it.

Email support@springwellenergy.com and we will respond within 30 days, free of charge. Exercising these rights will never affect the price or quality of the service you receive from us.

10. International Transfers

Our systems are hosted in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information is transferred there and protected by the safeguards described in this policy and by contracts with our providers.

11. Children

Our services are sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

12. Changes To This Policy

Updates are published on this page with a new date. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will email active clients before it takes effect.
